In MasLogin, if you see the prompt "Proxy Connection Failed, Unable to Open the Environment" when launching a browser environment, it is usually caused by proxy configuration or network issues. You can troubleshoot and resolve it using the following methods.
If You Have Proxy Editing Permissions:
1. Check if the Proxy Is Valid
Contact your proxy service provider’s customer support to confirm the proxy status, or use a third-party proxy detection tool to test if the proxy IP is usable. If the proxy is invalid, it is recommended to replace it with a new proxy IP configuration.
2. Confirm if the Local Network Is Normal
If the proxy works normally in other tools but fails to connect in MasLogin, check your local network. You can try switching the network environment (e.g., switching WiFi, mobile hotspot) or using a VPN node to resolve the issue.
3. Handle Temporary Network Fluctuations
Sometimes short-term network instability can also cause connection failures. Wait for a few minutes, then click "Check Proxy" in the MasLogin client. Reopen the environment only after confirming the connection is successful.
If You Do Not Have Proxy Editing Permissions:
1. Try Reconnecting
Wait for a few minutes and reopen the environment to rule out the impact of temporary network fluctuations. At the same time, check if your local network can access the proxy normally; you can try switching VPN nodes.
2. Contact the Team Administrator
If you are using a team account, directly feedback the issue to the team administrator. The administrator will help troubleshoot the proxy connection and provide further support.
Still Not Resolved?
If the issue remains unresolved after following the above methods, please contact MasLogin official customer support for help. We will assist you with further proxy troubleshooting and environment diagnosis.
